Our signature cocktail, made with ginger ale syrup and marmalade, paying tribute to, in our eyes, the King of gin, William of Orange.
Ingredients
50 ml 1689 Dutch Dry Gin
50 ml ginger ale syrup
2 teaspoon orange marmalade
2 dash angustura bitters
Method
Add your ingredients to a cocktail shaker and stir until the marmalade has dissolved. Shake with ice and double strain into a chilled coupette or martini glass.
